Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy 

• 48 hours is required for any appointments of 1 hour or more.  24 hours is required for all other appointments.  Failure to abide by this policy will result in a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled service.  Payment of 100% of the appointment pricing if cancellation is made the day of the appointment or in the case of "no show."

Cell Phones

• At Simply Skin we strive to make your visit truly pleasurable. With that in mind, we ask that cell phones be silenced upon entry.

Payment Options 

• We accept Credit Cards (Visa/MC) Cash, Checks, and our Simply Skin Gift Certificates.

Children

• As a consideration to our other clients, we ask that you arrange childcare during your appointment. If childcare is an issue, please contact your esthetician before your scheduled appointment.

New Clients

• All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete the necessary client information questionnaire.

Late Arrivals

• If you are delayed for your appointment, please call the front desk immediately.
