Spa Policies
Cancellation Policy
48 hours is required for any appointments of 1 hour or more. 24 hours is required for all other appointments. Failure to abide by this policy will result in a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled service. Payment of 100% of the appointment pricing if cancellation is made the day of the appointment or in the case of "no show."
Cell Phones
At Simply Skin we strive to make your visit truly pleasurable. With that in mind, we ask that cell phones be silenced upon entry.
As a consideration to our other clients, we ask that you arrange childcare during your appointment. If childcare is an issue, please contact your esthetician before your scheduled appointment.
New Clients
All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete the necessary client information questionnaire.
Late Arrivals
If you are delayed for your appointment, please call the front desk immediately.
